The mission of the Cultural Section of the Consulate General in Toronto is to promote the diversity and richness of Argentina's cultural heritage within our circumscription. We foster exchange with local institutions and support Argentine artists residing in or visiting Canada.

Our Work

In coordination with the Directorate of Cultural Affairs of the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we work to:

• Promote Argentine visual arts, music, film, literature, and performing arts in local festivals and cultural circuits.
• Assist Argentine artists and cultural managers in identifying and connecting with local counterparts.

 

Argentine Artists in Toronto and the Region

Are you an Argentine artist, musician, writer, or cultural manager residing in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, or Nunavut? We want to know about your work. We maintain an active registry of local talent to:

• Showcase your activities through our digital platforms.
• Consider your participation in future events organized by the Consulate.
• Facilitate networking opportunities with other creators.

To join our database, please send an email including your biography, portfolio, and/or links to your work. Please note that requests for institutional support or promotional assistance are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
